In simple terms, our school partners have 3 different models or ways of working with us.
Traditional Model
School appoints Cre8te as their school uniform and school accessories supplier.
The school manages their own physical school uniform shop and deals directly with the parent and student and holds the inventory at their own school shop.
This is often how we start working with a new school as a first step to planning the smooth transition to a hybrid model or the pure online model.
Hybrid Model
School appoints Cre8te as their school uniforms and accessories supplier and maintains a 'samples only' uniform shop with for parents and students to see the products and try out the sizes.
The school provides the parents with details of how to order the uniforms and accessories from Cre8te online ordering platform.
Once they order the goods and provide delivery address details, we handle the whole process from there onwards and provide detailed reports to the schools as needed.
Pure Online
Model
The pure online model is like any online clothing and accessories business.
In this model the school uniform shop is an online store based within the Cre8te online digital platform where parents can view the range of products, select the correct sizes (plus see instructions on how to measure for non-standard sizes), choose the required quantity, pay for the goods ordered and then easily track their progress until they are delivered to the buyer.
They can speak to our multi-lingual customer service team if they have any queries or issues to resolve.
The school has login access to the platform so they can see the level of activity and access data they need instantly and produce any reports they need for their internal reporting.
